The Which? website is flawed
It produces letters that actually make it impossible for 75% of the
complaints to work.
You are lulled into a false sense of security.
It encourages you to tick too many boxes.
This means you could be sued for defamation.
The Ombudsman doesn't take a blind bit of notice.
You could get a black mark against you in a new
database.
'Ambulance Chasers' make your life hell
It's a fact that they make up what they don't know, this annoys the
advisers, the insurers, the FSA and the FOS. Don't do it because it will
take months instead of weeks to get what you deserve.
The FSA and the FOS don't like it because it clogs up
the system.
The advisers don't like it when you don't tell the
truth.
If the compensation is paid to them you could lose
the lot if they go under.
Did you know?
That hundreds of thousands of complaints are turned down because
they were opprtunistic?
Claim for what?
Loss? That only happens at the end of the contract.
