The FSA has been a failure to date
Long suffering Equitable Life policyholders deserve better treatment from
the Treasury and the FSA for:
 | Interfering in their ability to get out with minimal
loss. |
 | Being more concerned with the cost to Government. |
 | Ignoring their pleas. |
 | Making out that they are very wealthy individuals. |
The FSA has information but refuses to provide it
Yes, the FSA knows what went wrong but despite the Freedom of Information
Act they will not meet a request.
 | They know which endowments are faulty. |
 | They know which precipice bonds were too risky. |
 | They know more about Split Caps than they admit. |

Regulation is bust
After two decades we are no better off, the list of failures grows
each day. |
